About A11: Meet Owner Ilia Berezin

Hello, I'm Ilia Berezin, the owner of A11 Appliance Repair. I started A11 in Glendale because I like fixing things properly, and because too many people I knew were told to replace appliances that only needed one failed part. Today we are a family-run company with four in-house technicians and a dispatch and operations manager, and we still run every job the way I would want it done in my own home.

What We Repair

Our core work is residential: washers, dryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, ovens, stoves and ranges, cooktops, and wine coolers. We also have deep experience with built-in luxury brands such as Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Viking, and we run dedicated service tracks for commercial kitchens and property management companies.

How We Work

Every A11 technician holds a university degree in radio engineering and electronics. Modern appliances are run by sensors, control boards, and inverter electronics, so we diagnose at the component and circuit level instead of swapping parts until something works. We explain what failed and why, give you a written estimate before any work begins, and install OEM parts only. The person who diagnoses your appliance is the person who repairs it. We never send subcontractors.

Licensing and Credentials

A11 is licensed by the California Bureau of Household Goods and Services (License #49152, Major Appliance Repair), which means we meet the state's standards for technical work, business practices, and consumer protection. Our technicians are EPA Section 608 certified for refrigerant handling, which is required for sealed-system work on refrigerators, freezers, and ice machines, and we are BBB Accredited.

We are based in Glendale and serve Burbank, Pasadena, La Crescenta-Montrose, and the rest of our service area across Greater LA. Most calls are scheduled same-day or next-day.
